Creative Training offers inspirational courses for those of you looking to move forward with confidence, motivation and a clearer focus. We provide a supportive, friendly and safe atmosphere for learning and draw upon the creativity in all of us to fulfil our unique potential

All our courses are bespoke. They include personal and professional development, creative workshops and training for trainers and teachers.

Hilary Lewis has over 20 years of professional experience as an actor, director, teacher, arts project leader and communication coach. She has a BA in English and Theatre Studies and a PGCE in Drama. Through Creative Training, Hilary works with community and businesses, business schools, universities, prisons, city and county councils, charities, trusts, arts organisations and schools. She works with groups and also provides one to one individual coaching.

INTELLIGENT PLAY

As children we do not make a distinction between play and work - we are active learners in a stimulating environment. We are encouraged to think for ourselves and make choices, we take risks and experiment in order to find the best way of doing things. We interact and learn from each other. Should this process stop when we become adults? Should we constrain ourselves to the point whereby we are simply managing resources rather than developing new and exciting ways of thinking and working? Creative Training believes intelligent 'play' should be placed at the centre of learning.
