Creativity

·     Creativity opens our minds and frees up our thinking, ready to let in new and innovative ideas. It stops us sticking to tired old habits and opens up new ways of working.

·     Creativity is a dynamic and interactive process that helps us assimilate information in a much more imaginative way.

·     Creative ideas help people push the boundaries, take risks and move on to the next level of thinking.

·     Creativity challenges your perceptions and changes them. It gives you a chance to look at things from a different angle, a different point of view.

The creative process is experiential. It uses lateral thinking, draws from life experience, brings together a range of skills, is metaphorical, interactive, exciting, colourful and dynamic. It's about taking risks, making mistakes and reforming ideas.

Creative Training re-inspires and re-motivates people, giving them a new lease of life. We give people courage and they take that courage and run with it, putting themselves ahead of the game. Intelligent play – learning fast

As children we do not make a distinction between play and work - we are active learners in a stimulating environment. We are encouraged to think for ourselves and make choices, we take risks and experiment in order to find the best way of doing things. We interact and learn from each other. Should this process stop when we become adults? Should we constrain ourselves to the point whereby we are simply managing resources rather than developing new and exciting ways of thinking and working? Creative Training believes intelligent play should be placed at the centre of any innovative business or organisation.

We develop intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically through play.

We learn about the world and we learn our social and communication skills through play. We learn to listen, understand, focus, cooperate with each other and work on our own as individuals.

These are the foundations from which we grow and these are the foundations from which we can continue our development as adults and throughout our lives.

Market leaders are always one step ahead of their competitors. They stay ahead of the game. In order to maintain their position in the market the leader not only has to be good at the game he/she is playing at the moment but at the same time be working on inventing a new game, one with new rules. Then he/she can call the shots, control the market and continue to lead the way while others follow. So let’s play....
