These workshops are designed to help people look at what they need to do in order to develop successful inter-personal and professional communication skills.  We combine practical, hands-on group exercises with individual reflection. The atmosphere is supportive, friendly and safe, providing a learning experience that increases people’s confidence and gives them strategies to improve their rapport with customers whether face to face or on the telephone.

Developed from your needs analysis, we design workshops that  address the areas you need to look at.
 

The workshops focus on areas such as:-

  3. Positive attitudes and empathy
