Creative Training offers a refreshing change to normal staff training. We push back the desks, clear the space and work experientially, up on our feet. People find this approach much more vibrant and memorable, challenging and fun.

Developed from your needs analysis, we design workshops that  address the areas you need to look at.

Intelligent play – learning fast

As children we do not make a distinction between play and work - we are active learners in a stimulating environment. We are encouraged to think for ourselves and make choices, we take risks and experiment in order to find the best way of doing things. We interact and learn from each other. Should this process stop when we become adults?

·     We develop intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically through play.

·     We learn about the world and we learn our social and communication skills through play. We learn to listen, understand, focus, cooperate with each other and work on our own as individuals.
